I downloaded my own game and there was a warning about it not being a largely downloaded file. Then there were something else as well. Does this make my game look sketchy or something? Will people be less likely to test it?

My games are always marked as a Virus for myself(when others test it theres nothing), so I would say no. I think its just something about your Antivirus and thats a Program which isnt very common and not registered.
