Im not sure about those Two Topics.

The Dictionary describes Chances as follow:

"a possibility of something happening."

"the occurrence of events in the absence of any obvious intention or cause."

and in my mind, a chance  can basically only accomplished with "RNG".

can someone help me to think outside the box with this? :p
