Pretty good primary gameplay loop, but there's something missing. Perhaps a hazard that punishes the player for being too eager to dash for the worms. For example, the UFOs could attack.
Also, the hunger meter does not deplete fast enough to be a real concern.
It's so satisfying to move the bird around! 🤩 The game is a bit easy, I thought, maybe more UFOs would have added a challenge 🧐

Very cute game, I enjoyed it overall. The cover image immediately grabbed my attention when I was browsing the submissions. (Un)fortunately it was almost impossible to lose. Collisions with the UFOs would make a great addition. Other than that great concept and execution of the theme and limitation.
This game plunged me into an existential crisis. Are worms all there is to life? After 50 worms, why am I still hungry? What do aliens even do with worms?
Joking aside, cute game :)
