Use of the limitation
Its a survival game, If you stop moving you will die after a few seconds from either hunger/thirst/attack/poison . When i thought of a game with a bird and you cant stop moving, this is the first thing i thought of. In planning you could kill the bird, but it would've taken to long.

Made it to around 114, The water did run out too fast relative to the spawn time of the first food. I think if you change that it will make it more fair to the player. Good work overall though!
I was alive 25 sec :D
Good job :)
Although I love nostalgic 2D games (and make them myself), it's nice to see that there are also 3D games in this jam. Graphics look good, although there was some framerate stutter.
Also, I liked how areas of greenery mark the presence of water. That felt very intuitive.
The fact that the player cannot turn 360 degrees was a confusing handicap.
The timer is far too short. In a game with such open scenery, it is natural that the player will wish to explore. But this is penalized, because you have to be chasing a nut and taking a drink nearly constantly.
Lastly, I was a bit disappointed that after playing about 10 times, I never got eaten by an eagle. :(
Thanks for your feedback.
If by timer you mean hunger/water bar was too short, then i totally agree
the 30 degree y axis restriction was meant to put you in the mouses shoes a little bit, but i can see how that is a bit restrictive
As to keep to the cant stop moving limitation the eagle will only eat you if you stand still, but after putting a lot of work into the eagle it was a little bit of a shame to not emphasises it more.
