I loved the art and concept, overall a great game!

Normally I avoid playing jam entries with cards, but this was actually very enjoyable and smooth. Neat take on the limitation. My only gripe is that it would be nice if there were a way to restart the game while playing. Sometimes I'd just make a mistake and not want to continue the run.

I didn't think about a restart button, I'll keep that in mind :o

I'm curious, why do you avoid card games usually?

Submitted(+1)

Hadn't put much thought into why, but I guess I think the amount of time I spend learning the rules should be negligible to the amount of time I spend actually playing the game. Jam games are usually short, and I usually assume card games have a lot of rules.

But this game was addictive, it's unusual for me to want to play a jam game more than a couple of times for a higher score. Kudos!

Developer

Thanks for your answer, and I'm glad my game made you go past that x)

I'll definitely keep that in mind for future game jams though, making your game easy to grasp is very important when people are gonna play for a very short time.

When I was reading the instructions to this game, I thought it would be really hard to get in to. Boy was I wrong!

This game is really fun, and provides a great mental challenge with each hand! Excellent job!
