Well done! Platformers can be pretty tough to make and I think you did it well for only having 1 day. Keep up the good work!

My favorite part was when I discovered that pressing 'reset' was creating clones of the silencers. By the time I made it near the end, there was an ocean of them and I couldn't clear them out in time!

Then I went to the main menu to reset that and won the game for real (after learning about the devious 'CV control swap'. But whaddya know, I beat it, good fun!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback. I did know about the silencers being cloned, but unfortunately did not have any time to fix this so, like all bugs it became a feature for now. However there is meant to be more at the end stacked up.

Ah I think a comment answered my question about the big box, fun game, did find the control scheme took a little getting used to but over all pretty good! Nice one

Developer

Thank you for the feedback, I decided to pick the control scheme to make it a bit more challenging as if it was A,S I felt it might be a bit too easy because people are used to that.

The platforming is fun! I like the vibe and the red, white, and black works for an art direction. What happens when you reach the big box? Is that the end of the prototype?

Developer

When you reach the orange box, the controls change, as it is meant to be a trap the silencers have left for you. I understand it is not the most intuitive in the end however but I was rushing to implement it before the deadline. The end of the level is when you reach the green win screen. (At the end of the orange box). The changed controls can be found on the help screen (from the main menu). But to move left becomes "C", and to move right is "V".
