Haha mostly yes. I was in bit of a rush towards the deadline. Couple of game mechanics were taken from previous projects so that saved a fair bit of time!
Nice idea.
It fells to shallow though. But for only 3 hours it is great I guess :-) I would add though, that you get a penalty if you just stand still, or even if you touch cubes of other colors. Because now there is almost no skill involved and you can just stand still. Would also add that you could change colors per keys, so you can run around with mouse all the time and don't have to stand still while changing colors.
I am also not quite clear on which genres you are mixing :-)
I remember when Brackeys made Diggin' he said that the time limit felt more like a constraint than something to push you. There is only so many points you can get - the skill ceiling is low. What he did is he added time pickups, which you could collect to get more time. I think in your game you should lose even more time when touching a cube of a different color, and get time when you destroy a cube. That way, you could have a good main game loop.

Superb game!! I was watching the live stream of this game development. Adding some depth and more objectives would be better probably. Add "Shape" selector along with colors and add different shape of enemies to destroy. I think that might create it even better. Set some difficulty curve as well!

Nice game, especially for a game created in 3 hours ! It works well and would work even better with some explosion sfx and a bit of screenshake :D
I have only one complain, the cooldown on the color buttons is really annoying, I would prefer to be able to change color at will x)
