Really nice game. Sometimes felt little repetitive but after golems were introduced... Golems are the best.
The game was pretty fun and seeing how my weapons would stack was a great incentive to push to the next wave. Awesome Job! The only thing I see that could be improved is that the gameplay can be a bit slow, especially the early levels you can feel like you're just waiting around for excessive amounts of time.
Yep, before I toned down the difficulty the game was virtually impossible to beat as the later waves send so many enemies at you that you're forced to mix in several rocket launchers or axes to even survive until the end. But looking at it after submitting the difficulty got toned down too much and it almost felt boring to play xD.
It's definitely really difficult to come up with a perfect balance, and it's something I'll definitely try to remember for future jams!
fun concept that could totally be explored more, stacking weapons together. the game feel is pretty adequate and tight already, but that's always open to improvement. i'd love to see this idea going wild, though. nice work!
