The rule said we got 48 hours but the jam last for 9 days. Does it includes the rating period?

You have 48 hours time to make in game. The 9 days is just the time frame in which you can work on your game. In other words, you could spend the first two days working on the game and then you are done, or the last two or split the hours so it fits best for your schedule.

After the 9 days the games will be rated. At least that's the way I understand it.
