I only need to upload HTML5 Godot Export files?
I need something in my code to run better?

When you export your html5 files, export them as index.html, then zip them all and upload em. For the kind of project, select html.

Did you know how to control the size of playable area? any widht height config at Godot? the game window is a little bit tiny that I was expecting.

You can change the size of the embedded game in itch settings. There's also a checkbox to add a fullscreen button. If you have stretch enabled in your Godot project it should automatically resize.
