I have given it a go, but I struggled to figure out how to play the game. I found the interpretation intriguing - with the casting rules but I couldn't understand how to play it. I just kept getting mistakes and even when I had 4 green dots I didn't know how to progress to cast something - or when I make 1 mistake I reset. But I didn't know how to know what I was allowed to cast. So some tutorial or some explanation would've been great.
The sound effects were pretty good, but the song was quite loud and intense and repetitive. The art style was pretty cute and worked well for the game, just sadly didn't get to play much as I didn't understand how to progress.
Thank you for the feedback! Spacebar is to cast a spell, as said in the description, but I agree that I could've found a way to incorporate a tutorial. Will definitely try to include one in my next jam.
Windows detects a virus.... So I cannot rate your game, sorry.
The virus warning is because my game doesn't have a code-signing certificate from Microsoft, so Windows automatically flags it as a virus by virtue of it being an exe file. This is my first godot game jam, so I'm just learning about this. Just stating this so it's on the record that I didn't upload a virus.
