Nice graphics! I included it in my Music Game Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :)

Cool! Thanks

Nice work! :) Getting to hear the music progressively come together was entertaining, the assortment of environments were interesting to wander around and I appreciated how deliberately colour coded you made the gate objects. Interesting how you'd set it up so that the individual music notes themselves are set to switch on a particular layer rather than having to do with their placement on the dance pad, my curiosity got the best of me and I had to fool around with that a bit to confirm. I think it would be really rather fun if the player could put the wrong coloured notes for the stage onto the pad which would play some deliberately off-sounding track (something that clearly didn't blend) making it a little more of a sonic puzzle.

Pretty cool game!  Kept accidentally dropping notes on the bottom wall and they'd get stuck beyond wall so couldn't pick them up.  Really like the additive music on the discs -musics already stuck loopin in head xD

Enjoyable. I also had the bug where I picked up a music note right as the level ended, and therefor couldn't do anything in the next level.

Graphics are fun and the running animation is great. Took me a little to understand the goal and thought the game had a bug where the music did not play once you start the level. lol Would be nice to be able to release a note at will so that if I grabbed an unintended one it can be released, mainly because I feel like there were extra notes or I chose them in the wrong order. :P

A little short, but it was enjoyable to build the bands. There was a bug where if you pick up an extra note after completing a level, but before moving to the next one that it would seem like it flagged as hands full, but you couldn't drop anything, you just couldn't pick anything up. Also had the issue with losing a note out of bounds and couldn't pick it up again.

Pretty charming little game visually. Took me a little figuring out to figure out. Audio leaves a bit to be desired, could definitely use some more variety in music, especially when player isn't holding anything. Also maybe considering dropping the notes right at the player's feet. I kept dropping the notes in places I couldn't reach them again.

Indeed there are these little bugs with notes that we missed.
We thought about the music in the background and at the beginning was added. However, after time, I thought that background music would reduce the importance of the new, so in the final version we removed it

Maybe something subtle or less music-y than other tracks for the 'background no-note holding' music? Just percussion or reduced melody. Whenever I'm playing a game and its absolutely silent I become so thoroughly aware of its game-ness, ya know? Just my humble opinions.

If people will like our game be sure that we will correct it. Anyway, thanks for the feedback.

Was pretty fun to play, but the music was pretty lame.   Some of the pixel art was nice, but other bits looked a bit sloppy.   Needs some polish, but overall not too shabby.

Thanks for the review, I think we will continue to work on this project. This is our first game made in such a short time, so we still learn a lot.
