What would be nice ?

Add coins in the air to lead the players on where to shoot to get the perfect score. I feel like having multiple ways to get the win is always nice but reward the player for getting the intended way. 

The feeling of the game is so different and fun, the way this cute dogtor stands, surrounded by sick people and curing them one by one is adorable. There is one bug which is that if you complete a level with your last shot it restarts, but the game is complete in every way.

Love the game feels of the game!

Cute and simple (but not that easy) game! It really looks professionally made and finished. Only two things I would ask for if it gets updates - disabling automatic shooting on mouse button hold and adding reset button/hotkey to quickly restart level
