Not sure if you had this question answered, and if I'm 100% accurate on this but the rules state "It must be created and submitted within the game jam time frame.". But I think ultimately it would be a question for the people who host the Game Jam. I read some of their Tumblr posts and someone had a similar question and they said they'd prefer you to make a new submission...hope this helps and sorry it's so late into the Jam...
Rvinator is correct, we only allow submissions that were made ONLY during AND only for this game jam. The game you submitted was created 35 days ago and has been cross submitted to several other jams, which is against our submission rules.
