Since this will be my first game, I decided to do something simple.  I Don't know how much I will get done with it.  Right now, I have been working on the menu, and while there are somethings I want to finish with the menu, I think I will leave them for later.  The core part of the game (gameplay, sprites, backgrounds, etc.) still needs to be worked on as of the time this first post.

Here is what I have so far, but as resources.  They aren't yet implemented into a functional setting.  The engine I am going to use is Godot.

Menu:

The Title I plan to put over the trees and put a Mansion in that open space on the right.

Music:

I've split Curiousness into sections so that it can be repeated at parts.  My goal for tomorrow might be to implement the sections and make sprites and backgrounds.  I might work on the title and mansion tomorrow since it shouldn't be too difficult.

Didn't get much done.  It seems that I may have to review the engine, but I got a small walking animation for my character as well as a standing/idle sprite, some sprites of various objects, and I implemented the main menu song.  The doors took longer than it should have.

Gotta work on the layout of the levels and a few characters.  I think I initially planned to make this a platformer, so I may work on a jump animation.  That's all for today.

The songs you've made for the game are really good! Also, I really love the way you drew the keys. That might sound like a really specific thing to like, but I think they match the atmosphere made by the music really well!

Didn't accomplish much over the past several days.  Got the walking and jumping somewhat done and added the title and mansion to the main menu.  The colors on the title seem a little too bright though.  The second part doesn't quite convey it, but it's the start of starting a dialogue where the character can't move during it.
