The version on the Itch page doesn't have any platforms in the cave, so I thought I needed a torch but I couldn't find anything. In the downloaded version, you can see the platforms so I made it to the top and then got stuck on a screen after exiting. I can't exit to the left or the right and there isn't anything to interact with so I'm not sure if that's the end or a bug.

Developer

This is very strange ! The platforms in the grotto should be invisible until you find and lit the torch. I can spoil where to find it if you want.

The game was made to play on browser, I didn't even know it was possible to play a downloadable version.

Thanks for the comments, I'll try to correct those bugs you mentioned.

Did you download the correct version of the game ? Something like gameV24 ?

Make sense that seeing through the dark is a bug. gameV23.zip was the newest downloadable version, so I assume that the browser version is v24 and the most updated.

Developer

Exactly !

Job's done!

I like the writing in this game! The fact that all of the characters are squares doesn't matter :P

Developer

Ohhh, thanks a lot for this comment ! I'm so happy you tried out the game.

Where you able to finish it ? :D

What do you think about the platforming ? Was it playable ?

I did finish, though I wasn't sure if there was an alternative, environmentally-friendly ending :P

The jumps were really fast so the platforming was difficult. Not impossible, just a little frustrating sometimes.

Developer

About the jumps, it's my bad ! I sync'ed the movement with... the framerate of the screen !!! I guess you use a 144Hz screen, am I right ? I need to modify that part.

There is an environmental friendly ending. :-D
