It's a good little game and especially impressive considering your age. Great effort, I hope you'll get to make many more little experiments like this one in the future.

Thanks! Happy to hear that!

It works well, solid controls, and it is a game alright.

I agree with the others that maybe a little bit of story in the game would not be amiss, but that’s the only complain i have.

Keep making more games!

Thanks for the review!!! Yes i noticed that it didn't have much to do with the theme, but i had a lot of work in school and that was the only thing i could possibly figure out.

The platforming was pretty solid! I was surprised there was no coins out of reach of any other issue of the type, and I didn't feel like the hitboxes (although punishing in their own way) were too unfair.

I'm not sure this was specifically a good submission for this game jam. I would have liked to get a little more context as to the setting or coins (Maybe an incentive to collect them?), but it's solid work nonetheless!

Good job!

Yes i figured out that it doesn't have anything to do with the theme. I picked infection as the goal is to escape the asymmetry. Thank you for the comment anyway.

A fun little platformer! Very impressive that you are on your game dev journey already at 13 years old - keep it up!

I did encounter a glitch where hitting the bottom corner of a block made me teleport to the top of the block, but that actually helped me out a couple of times haha.

My only other suggestions is that because this is a narrative driven game jam, I would have liked to see a bit more story included - even just a little intro about how you are saving the world from its infection of asymmetry/inversion.

But good effort overall!

Developer

Thanks!!!
