Asking for clarity's sake: do words like 'is', 'to' when used in Harlowe macros' syntax count towards the word limit, just like they do towards Twine's game statistic word count?
I am having the same problem with Chapbook format. Twine is counting all the modifiers which is inflating the word count quite a lot over what I think the true story word count is.
How will neoTwinyJam verify word counts to check if entry is valid? Or is it done on community trust?
We trust the community follows the rule and we play the entry before gauging whether checking is necessary or not (500 words can feel a lot nor very little depending on how it's used) ;)
