Want to make a NES game in C for the Jam/Compo, but don't know where to start? Maybe I can help!

To celebrate the launch of the 2022 nesdevcompo, "Witch n' Wiz - Compo Prototype" is now open source

https://github.com/mhughson/mbh-A53-witchnwiz

I'm hoping this can be a starting point for others who want to make an entry using C (no assembly req.)! Free to use in commercial projects!

I haven't really tested this with anyone, so if you run into any problems, let me know and I'd be happy to help you through them.

Note: This is not the full version of Witch n' Wiz, but instead the 32 level prototype that won 2nd place in last year's competition.

I've added support for changing the mirroring mode a runtime. Download the latest version to get that automatically.
