The pieces in this game were pretty difficult to work with overall, but it's an interesting twist on this type of puzzle game. The music choices are great!

The 5-piece that's a cross between a T and L is the stuff of nightmares. I had a lot of trouble with this one until I discovered there's a hold feature! Definitely a tricky take on this game design, but pretty well done and with an appealing style.

One technical problem I noticed: At power-on, you have some issues with OAM decay where you do OAM DMA about a frame before you enable rendering, so OAM has decayed by the time rendering turns back on. You could fix this by doing OAM DMA every vblank, or by simply keeping sprite rendering off at the title screen.

Ah, thanks for the tip!

Really clean looking graphics although on a real NES with an RF connection the single pixel width lines can get a bit lost. Love the little start icon on restarting from the high score screen. I also really like the giant level counter at the bottom. Played single and two player, I enjoyed playing. Also the music select was appreciated and I thought its presentation was excellent.

Clearly it's a good year for new puzzlers!

I really enjoyed this game. I feel like the presentation worked better as a two player game with the two fields of play. The one player mode felt a bit spartan with all the unused screen space. Some simple background texture added to the 1 player mode would make it more exciting when playing alone perhaps. Otherwise, lots of fun.

Congrats! Executed well, with a subtle, yet cute, theme. The small playfield and large pieces makes for some occasionally uncomfortable play, but it feels like that's intentional. That said, your games are getting tighter and tighter, and I can't wait to see what you'll have next year. ^^
