Third-party software

Hi, I work in a very obscure game engine which requires the end user's PC to have Visual C++ redistributable files installed, which I've found most people trying to open my games for the first time do not have and become confused why it will not work. I assume that will be considered as third party software but I want to make sure. I get that most games are now made with Godot or Unity which is great. Someday, maybe I'll move on. Until then though, just checking 'cause I love Neuro and wanted to try a submission. Thank you.

External software which needs to be installed is not allowed. There is currently no exception for Visual C++ redistributables.
