This was my first time using itch.io and making a game,  so I just realized that I upload the game to itch.io as a draft instead of actually submitting it to the jam. Wanted to see if I can submit it late. Apreciate the time taken to read this either way.

Your game jam page says it was uploaded 4 hours ago, and the game exe has no upload date.

Please go to https://itch.io/game/summary/4427104, scroll to the bottom, and tell me the upload date for the “File download counts”. (You can hover over it to see the exact date)

I had uploaded it only as a draft before. 6 hours ago is when I realized the mistake and made it public, and this link doesn't go anywhere

Check your game information, go to Edit Game > Analytics > Scroll down, it should tell you “File download counts” which tells the upload date.

there the time is a few minutes before making it public, that's because when I was figuring out what had happpened I reuploaded the same file. "Sure",  I know. I guess there is no way to prove it, sorry for wasting your time. Give the veredict.

I’m sorry then. There is not much I can do.

I have to be careful with what late submissions I allow because I do not want to cause unfairness for others.

Feel free to post your game in https://itch.io/jam/neuro/topic/4428588/missed-deadline-showcase so others can take a look at it though!
