The first level is way too big as a tutorial level I am afraid, though your speed changes with your temperature is an interesting idea.

I ended up beating the first level. I wish you the best of luck moving forward.

As an intro cutscene enjoyer, having an option to skip it is a genius bit of QOL for players who aren't. I wish we'd thought of that for our submission!

I also wish I could've experience more of the game since I kept getting lost in the first level (skill issue). I would not last a day as a gnome.

🥺 I'm disappointed. I'll not be able to rate/play your game because there is not web version (I'm on mac)

I'm so sorry! :( I tried to build a web version but as soon as its html5 the game has sub pixel movement.

Is it a big issue or the rendering is just not as good as the desktop version?

I strongly believe that a web build help more player to try your game, even if the result is not as perfect as you would expect.

Unfortunately, I've encountered a larger issue leading to incorrect hitbox detections and other issues that I'm still working to resolve. On top of that, my save and load system is currently broken, but I've already fixed it and will release an update once the rating period is over.

It's disappointing that the ratings might not be favorable either way, given that only one out of the 26 levels is playable. However, the randomly chosen mini-games following that level are in good shape! Despite these challenges, we've learned a lot, and these mistakes have provided valuable learning opportunities.
