Very good game, lovely artwork and good story. Only criticism would be that the white text is hard to focus on with light backgrounds. A black outline would have helped. Also a few typos and repetitions in the sentences that throw you off the story a bit.

Thank you! Yeah, we ran into some time pressure and didn't do a proper editing pass of the text -- I'm intending to go in and at least fix the typos as soon as I have time haha

Cool to see this type of concept in the jam! The bright areas in the background images made it a bit hard to read the text sometimes.

A whole choose your own adventure, with a twist - combined with a neat artwork and visual impression. I can see the notion of what is done here catching on - there are several online novels I would not mind reading like this, even without choices. I am not entirely sure I would call it a game, but an impressive work none the less.
