Game has chill and comfort vibes, especially thanks to sound effects. But in my opinion game lacks a challenge and is too easy and that contradict with a theme of gamejam.
I agree with you, getting the difficulty balance right was too hard in the time-frame allowed. I am just pleased I managed to submit something.
I liked the smooth movement of the game. Maybe a little less drift. But cool. I like the sounds and energy sapping goo sound. Good fun.
Nice cozy little game! If I can give any feedback, I wish the movement felt a little less 'drifty', and on the 3rd phase I kept hitting the wrong part of the last bridge hitbox and dying. Still, cool game!
