another trash "game". love how the winner of these things is always "the least shitty" rather than the best.

Developer

Ahah, my game is indeed trash, I won't sugarcoat it, it really lacks a lot of the core functionality, which I only realized after the submission, and it has no sense of balance in this version.

But Hey! I tried, I committed, I submitted, and I'm currently improving it in my free time to make it an actual playable game))

It was good, but I didn't really see the duality in the game, unless it is linked to the other game. I also didn't get very far before it got repetitive (like the 3rd gold generator)

Developer

yeah, the duality is meant to come into play once you get to the Diamond generation, a screen on the right side (the empty space) will pop up and you get to unlock a "world" but I didn't get to finish the implementations, so even if you managed to get to the part after that, there wouldn't be any added benefits in the duality aspect, as it was incomplete, unfortunately

yeah something like that happened to me. In my game I had so many more features I wanted to implement but I ran out of time :/ It would be a pretty fun game if it went a bit faster.

The game is actually pretty fun, the screen size is a bit awkward for playing in a browser though. You have to scroll up and down in the page to see everything. It might benefit from turning on Itch's included full-screen button.

Developer(+1)

heh sorry, sadly I tried to apply full screen, but it seemed to ruin the little world you can move around in on the screen that pops up(( so I ended up disabling full screen for now

Once the jam is over, I intend to fix that though ^^

And I hope the experience was worth it, despite being a slow progress game with few implementations yet ))
