Pretty big level, does the game have an end ? Because I always end up dying, too much bugs.
Your rate of fire is higher than the spawn rate of the bugs. Therefore this game is theoretically beatable. However, after many attempts, I've yet to actually beat the game. Also, I originally had the maze even bigger, but reduced the size as it felt too big.
This was a fun game but I also had trouble seeing when I was getting shot, I like the mechanic of bouncing shots around corners.
it's exhilarating to see the quantity of bugs pathfinding through the maze in the minimap. it's like a flowing fluid. really impressive work. a few points of critique: it wasn't clear i was being shot at, since the bug shoots blend in with the background. i would also like to see some splats when the bugs get shot. >:)
