I can not see the relationship with the theme.

This is really creative. All of the enemies and obstacles were unexpected, which was a good twist. Thank you for including a small story to explain why everyone was angry. It's pretty funny.
My testing/review is in this video:
I find it slightly weird that most of the graphics are from top down, but the characters are from the side. It makes it look like player is laying on the ground. I would have preferred if the perspective matched.
This game has something we rarely see in jam games - storytelling through environment design. Kudos for that. It's rather short but you never know what madness is lurking in the next screen. Quite entertaining.
The road sections is a bit too long compared to other parts. And I'd like so see a blood splatter animation when main character dies. It'd fit nicely into overly quirky atmosphere. The controls could be snappier given that you mostly need to avoid things.
It made me want more of this funny random world.
The music... for the love of dog, the music :-(
Is there an end to the road section? It seems endless and it is impossible to know when the wheelchair dude is going to appear leaving you no time to react when there are two vehicles coming down the road at once.
The lady in the first room throwing knives (assuming it's his wife?), she is deadly accurate and the first time I played I actually never completed the first room.
I actually kind of like the artwork, it's totally random and interesting to look at :-)
