This was a neat, I like all the little icons. It has a kind of 80s rpg video game vibe to the layout. I like the freeform aspect and how ancillary and tight everything is.
The information is a little crazy if taken in altogether. My hope is players will cut out each section first. It will hopefully make dealing with each part easier.
Yeah, I dig how they line up front-to-back, very sharp. I mean, outside the ridiculous constraints of this jam, you could probably build it out into a set of cards or something.

I like the idea of playing theatre arch-types and getting people to move in I Want to Play Again. It would automatically lower someones hesitation to role-play.

suggestion: I guess boxes with "????" should instead be void, or the interrogation should be grey, so we can write on.
