I really enjoyed the story you were going for with this one. It might be how I interpret what you're going for, but I thought it was a fun take on how you'd typically portray light in the dark. The art style and font design are also really good here. It was great to see what was going on with your character sprite. The main things I will say are that some changes to the sound design and how the character played with each room would enhance the experience more.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I did want to do stuff with the room shifting and changing. But I only found time to make something in the last 5 hours of the jam while traveling. So, I'm quite happy with how it came out despite my limited resources.

I can definitely understand that. From experience with my submission, the limited time frame means that you can only really emphasise so many tricks.

If you say that a lot of this was done in the last 5 hours, then you should definitely be pleased with yourself.

I love the artwork, it really sets the scene. The player character morphing was a great idea.

Fantastic artwork as always. A good story too, it had me on the edge of my seat...
