This seems really good, there's quite a lot crammed in. I'd like to try this with a group of friends playing as the villagers, and one as the wizard.
There's a lot about this that I love. First, anything on a 2x2 board is fantastic! Really like the Evil Wizard moves...it "feels" right and doesn't give as much control as you will wish you had. Great job!

Well, the basic minions are just soldiers.
For varied experiences there are other kinds of minions, which are supposed to be balanced. I'm addhering to this thing they do in OPR to make tables of 6 items to *suggest* players to choose their own or just roll.
