Description
4 Songs to tell a story of fixing time's source itself.

The Edge Of Reality (Title Screen) : A sombre tune, detailing the weight of the situation at hand. The hourglass holding time itself together is running out. The world is stagnating, what will be done to stop it?

The Shattered Hourglass (World Theme #1) : Floating in the sky is the hourglass, you are extremely far away from reaching it. Here this song plays as you make your way across the twilight lands to the clocktower that reaches to the sky, far beyond the others.

Ascending The Twilight Spire (World Theme #2): You've reached the clocktower. Now begins your treacherous climb to the peak, so you can fix time itself, before it's too late & everything that has ever happened will become NULL.

The Endless Marching Of Time (Escape Theme): You're ALMOST there, but as you near the top, the tower crumbles. Here this theme plays as you race to the top before the ground crumbles beneath you & reach the hourglass of twilight to save all timelines in existence.

All these songs were made in FL Studio & loop seamlessly, with the right version.

Theme:

Tick Tock...

How does it fit the theme?
First & foremost, I created the art, so I had some basis of what to compose the soundtrack of.
Some songs start in 60 BPM, some have clock sounds & bells embedded into them. Also tempo changes either for tension increase or added excitement :D
Also just generally my imagination of what climbing a clocktower would be like & personally, I think it'd be pretty damn thrilling!

I like the sudden modulation in The Endless Marching Of Time, interesting harmonies and rhythms and contrast between the tracks. That one in particular actually reminds me of Sea Bottom Segue music from Sonic Lost World with the hectic drum pattern and I immediately fell in love with it.
The Edge Of Reality is also eerily comforting, even though we might be running out of time in the hypothetical world.
This is so well done! Also nice art! OwO there should've been a section where we can rate art too hahah

Thanks so much! Sea bottom Segue's always been one of my all-time favorites haha.
Appreciate the comment on the art as well, was rushed but I'm happy it does justice xD

It's so cool how much of the story you created resonates in the music. I can really picture all the narrative beats of this game.

Developer

Thank you! I'm glad it matches the feel I was going for :D

its really elegant, dude. the amount of depth each track has is so cool. The Endless Marching of Time is such a banger (especially at 1:37)

Developer

Thank you so much! Glad one of them ended up being a banger for you xD

Very beautiful, actually added Ascending The Twilight Spire and The Endless Marching Of Time to my playlist. The last one feels like a Terraria Calamity Mod soundtrack. It's epic, charming and slapping.

Developer

Thanks so much :D, I'm glad those two are worthy of being on your playlist xD
