I was wondering if I could make my game with https://scratch.mit.edu/, or if it would be considered cheating because it is 'block programming'?

Go for it! Block programming is allowed!

Great! I am learning other languages, but I'm not great at them.

Ryker learn python first bcuz scratch was made in python

Are you sure about that?

Pretty sure Scratch was made in HTML5

I think so too.

scratch was coded in Java Script

unity also uses javascript but most people use C# and unity

but from what I think scratch was not made in phyton

3.0 was

I would recommend godot. it is easy to learn and GDscript is based on python

Scratch is HTML, I don't think knowledge of any programming language is necessary...

Scratch was made with Javascript

oh its squeak for 1 action script for and html5 for 3  i was wrong

action script for 2

CAN YOU OR NOT!!!!!!!????????!?!??!?!?!??!?/!?
