What is a paint-like program for Linux?

I'm on Linux, so I can't use Paint, and honestly I don't trust myself not to accidentally use features MS Paint doesn't have.

So, is there a good program on Linux that's similar enough to MS Paint?

get windows lol

Kolourpaint, a little old, but it works. It can use transparency, but the eraser can't use the transparent "colour".
Js paint doesn't work good enough for me, it's laggy and not accurate.

Krita, in brush presets there is an option for "Pixel Art" instead of "All". But program has a lot of extra functionality compared to Paint.
