I am no professional by any means, but I'd like to give it a shot.  I have a deep voice that I think would be good for horror? but what do I know (think of Tom Hanks Santa from Polar Express and tone it up ever so slightly). I already have the proper audio equipment and software too, so none would need to be provided. Lemme know if you're interested!
