Made it past Elvis, couldn't make it past the Prisoner fight. I'm not sure what his deal is. At first I thought he was a zombie, and tried for a "revive kills zombie" strategy, but only succeeded in healing both myself and the prisoner, so I don't know why a player would want to use a potion on themself and the enemy simultaneously.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I did not realize you could click on the code commands  on the third "step" of the player's turn until after I read the comments after my first playthrough. I'm not sure what the differences between "loop" and "return" are though, or why someone would want.

Regardless, this is a fun game, and I'd love to play the complete version. If I can ever figure out how to defeat the prisoner.

One thing I would really like is an option to back out during the ingredient screen to change target. I barely made it through Elvis. I wish the coding part had more interesting methods instead of just loop or return. I like the concept but it leaves me wanting more.

Great effort!

the best thing i like to hear about a game is there just isn't enough of it. I plan to continue this for a while at least . It needs some serious refactoring thou. you said you barely made it through Elvis, what about after that?

That prison guy shanked me beyond belief. I tried healing, but everything I healed, he just dealt right back.

I like the concept but there were some bugs like the "ingredients selected" area not showing the ingredients selected. Also, I'm not sure if I won the game or lost? There doesn't seem to be win/lose validation for the player to see. But it's a nice proof of concept. Nice work.

I understand the confusion. There is no area that shows the ingredients you have entered into the potions. You click an ingredient then click add ingredient to add them one at a time, Ill have to adjust the instructions for better clarity. I think I'll rework that in the future. I'm looking into why the win/ lose prompts didn't show up. Was it a specific fight or every fight was missing a prompt?

Thank you, I appreciate the feedback.

Ah I see! It seemed like the top middle icon was meant to list the selections. It would be nice to see what is selected, or have the options to undo selections too. It was still really fun and I enjoyed testing combos. As for the win/lose prompts, it was just the fight against Elvis! I'm assuming that would be the end of the game, since the game would close at any win scenario or lose scenario. Best of luck!

Alright there is a bug then, there are 2 more fights after Elvis.  I activated a crash reporter for this game. if you play it again and it crashes i should get a report on it so i can see about fixing it.
