stock, purchased assets and creative commons assets are totally ok, as long as the usage rights are observed.  

stock / pre-made public assets are something every team has the same ability to acquire, unlike custom assets so there's no restriction on their use. 

customs simply have to be made within the jam period as they're unique to that team.
