- the two portholes are my favorite part, they really make the spin! love the use of palette as well, gives it an a oasis in the desert feel!

i'm not familiar with the Dr. Who world, so I had to look this up. You did a fantastic job recreating it! Even without knowing the reference, I think it stands on it's own. Love the little skyline below the giant silos.
