i'm not familiar with the Dr. Who world, so I had to look this up. You did a fantastic job recreating it! Even without knowing the reference, I think it stands on it's own. Love the little skyline below the giant silos.
that spirit is spooky! i really like the tentacles, great coloring for the land part, too.
great use of transparencies. are your clouds on planes? i like how they zoom by. i spy the pico8 logo too!
lots of little details if you look closely. in fact i just noticed the blood! love the overgrowth too
i love the cow. if i were to name her, I'd call her Patty
