Yes

Summarise your game!
Host Hunter is a top-down 2D action game where the player embodies a virulent entity (“the virus”), aiming to eliminate as many targets (NPCs) as possible. Unlike traditional wave-based survival shooters, NPCs and Paramedics spawn continuously, escalating in frequency and difficulty over time. When the player kills NPCs, some may drop mutation vials that boost the virus’s offensive capabilities. Meanwhile, Paramedics do not cure NPCs; instead, they actively seek and damage the player’s viral load to diminish the virus’s health and eventually eradicate it.

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
The player controls a virus (the weapon) with the goal of spreading and infecting civilians.

Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?

Getting Holo cure vibes from the gamplay.

The style is nice executed, characters, environment, and virus bits look nice. The vials, in opening scene and in game, look a off compared to the rest(they are a different pixel resolution i think).

One other gripe is that is sometimes not clear what the player or any character collides with and what not, seeing them walk over trees and water and such. Feels like there is a bit of inconsistency.

Gameplay is well balanced, needing to stay close to infect people, but also far away from the paramedics.

Well done!
