Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
Yes I did, tested with 2 people and Incognito Mode on my end

Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
Yes, everyone can see it!

Summarise your game!
When demons threaten the land, they will know the angel's wrath!

You are the Nameless Sister, reborn from the dead to cleanse the land of demonic forces. Gifted the magic of resurrection, you must find and revive your fallen battle sisters, while avoiding an onslaught of demons that seemingly never end. Journey across four levels and slaughter the demon prince. Reborn as the weapon of the angel's wrath, you know no fear, no hesitation: slaughter them all!

CONTROLS:

Arrow Keys - Move

Z - Cast Revive Magic (also destroys enemy magic, can be upgraded)

X - Swing Mace (kills enemies, can be upgraded)

ESC - Pause the game

COOL TIPS

Use magic to revive all the sisters in a level, then head for the door!

If your health runs out, it's game over and you must restart from the beginning.

Lookout for tasty ribs! They hide in barrels, and enemies rarely drop them.

Destroy spawners to stop enemies!

Prepare for the final boss at the end!

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
The player, via a resurrected Peasant, becomes the weapon of an angelic saint, unleashed to rescue Battle Sisters and slaughter demons; via this shell, the player literally becomes the weapon of divine vengeance!

Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
The simple fact that this was all by one guy.

I absolutely love this retro style. The graphics, the sound and the limited palette really blended great together to feel like a genuine retro game. 10/10

Great game! Was fun going through and just slowly clearing my way through the waves of enemies. Also enjoyed the feeling of just getting slowly more powerful as you progressed. Would be nice if there was some indicator for where corpses are in case you missed one, but I think you did a good job with the level design since I was never really searching too intently for missing objectives. Overall great work, and more impressive that it was made by one person!
