Very charming and absurd. It was fun! Then I got a bit of a bug lol not sure what I did but my grapple became bigger than me and would just get stuck right on me! I also got stuck halfway through a rail, but that fixed itself after a little wiggling around. Aside from that minorly game-breaking bug, the game was very enjoyable (:
Really charming and fun!
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
This is awesome, I really like the grappling hook mechanic and the art is really charming. Great work on this!
Thank you so much!
We need more banjo-kazooie-likes! I got stuck on some of the books on the bookcase. and had trouble getting up higher on the couch area. But overall you did a good job!!!
Thank you! And appreciate the heads up! Gonna take a look at those books for sure
Very cute animation and visuals! Would be cool to have some more animations, like when you actually eat a bug, not just kill it :) But I totally get the constraints of the jam.
Also, fun writing! And kudos for Godot! :)
Thank you! Love Godot and am enjoying it more and more with each update. Excited to keep developing with it as my main engine
What a cute little 3d platformer! It's a little reminiscent of the old Rare n64 games. The dialogue had me cracking up lol. Really nice work!
I would recommend locking the cursor in the game window. It makes it really hard to play on a multi-monitor setup.
Thank you very much! I'm glad you enjoyed it! Was definitely trying to capture some of those Banjo Kazooie charms.
Yeah with the web export, the way we typically lock mouse movement to the window didn't function as I expected. Am gonna have to spend some time reading into alternative methods that work better for the web.
