- The art style and music are great. The shadow mechanics are smooth when transitioning, but sometimes it felt like I got a bigger speed boost than usuall going from shadow to light, which was frustrating as it caused me to jump into enemies. The settings are a very nice addition, and being able to change the keybinds was a big plus. I changed jump to the spacebar as this was more natural for me. However the "reset control to default" did not work. It would be beneficial to have a clickable settings menu since pressing ESC moves you out of fullscreen mode when playing. I really like the different worlds. There is a scoreboard in the menu, but it might be a good addition to see the time and deaths ingame.
- Great interchange between the light/shadow character transformations. Felt very smooth! Personal preference, spacebar as a jump option would be nice, but minor nitpick really.
- Loved playing the game. The mechanics and all that are amazing. Good art. Decent music. I just wished that the theme came through more on the alchemy side. You had shadows down super well.

While you're in the light, it plays like a regular platformer. Enemies can see and hurt you. But, whenever you're in a shadow, you can move around freely. Enemies will die on contact, and they won't be able to see where you are.
About halfway through, you unlock shadow potions, allowing you to create little temporary pockets of shadow wherever you'd like.
Extra Notes
I'd recommend reading fully through the game's description before playing for the smoothest experience. It should be mostly fine either way though.
