- Great concept, fun mechanics. tricking your brain to look at the reverse image was a struggle. Sounds were amazing. I wish there was a little bit more 'alchemy' in the gameplay but all in all had a great time playing.

You play as the daughter of an witch/alchemist who comes home to find her dad's condition has suddenly gotten worse, and her mom needs an ingredient from the deep forest urgently. She is very scared and has a very active imagination, which is reflected in her shadow!
She knows the forest well, and where the invisible platforms and walls are— and which platforms are illusions— so keep an eye on the shadows where her imagination fuses with reality!
The controls are simple WASD and space.
W for small jump, Space for charged jump, A-D for left right, S for collecting flowers/crouching,
left click for attack (though this feature is incomplete at time of submission)
In case of emergency, "R" is respawn at checkpoint
Extra Notes
Thanks for this game jam. I've played with Gamemaker before, but never
got past making a single mechanic to make a whole ass game.
I had so many more ideas, but there was so much to do and learn by myself to get to what I consider baseline for submission.
I hope you enjoy the little game I could complete.

Great game! i love invisible platform and wall mechanics. the jumps and air control are pretty smooth, although falling air control is super sluggish.
the 2nd level is bugged out when you fail, and i can't continue and i cracked up when at the beginning cutscene, the main character shows up reversed on the top part of the screen.
its amazing work for a solo dev, keep it up!
Cool game, I only got past the first level, but I like the concept!
