Thanks for trying it!

Thanks for trying it and for taking the time to write all of this feedback! Yeah, there was definitely some things I wanted to fix up, like the tree texture cut off and the boxes mechanics being a little bit broken, but I ran out of time. I like the normal map suggestion, that's a great idea!

Cool game, I only got past the first level, but I like the concept!

It's not bad at all! Keep making games, your next one will be even better!

Great game. It is really weird, I like it.

Cool first game! I like the hand-drawn style

Cool game, it ended very suddenly (which I think was unintentionally hilarious) but I liked the idea.

Cool game, nice job!

Great game! Very simple mechanics, but the story and artwork are stellar!

Wow, incredible experience! The story telling was amazing and very emotional. I definitely resonated with the story and can empathize with Bell. On top of all that, it has fun puzzles and an amazing OST! I hope to see it finished!

Cool game!

Cool game! The movement/camera feel a little glitchy, but I'm noticing that with a lot of 3D game submissions. I really like it, keep making more games!

Nice effort, I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do or what all is finished in this game, but I like the direction it was heading! Keep making stuff!

Amazing game! It took a while to figure out, but I really liked the puzzles and the alchemy/combination mechanic. Like the other commenter, I got stuck at first because I couldn't find the key, but once I read your comment (and cheated a little...) I was able to figure things out. I'm not sure if there was a hint to make the vinegar, I couldn't find anything, but I ended up brute forcing that one. With more polish/levels, I could definitely see this being a full release!

One minor soft-lock I found: when I first started the game, I somehow got one of the books from the bookshelf stuck open and that prevented me from clicking anything else on the screen, so I was forced to restart everything.

Cool game, very unique concept! Nice job!

Cool game, nice work! I liked throwing around the enemies.

Cool game, I liked the shadow-as-collisions mechanics and the alchemy. The art looked nice too!

Great game! I'm not sure if I did the last puzzle right, but it was pretty tough. The artwork and sound effects were great too!

Really cool little game, I liked how you tied in the story telling. Nice job!

Sorry you couldn't get it to work. I haven't had any issues with Firefox yet, but I'll try to look into it. Thanks for the feedback.

Thank you for trying it and for the feedback!

Cool game, way to go!

Cool game, I loved all of the story telling and the alchemy system. Nice work!

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for trying it!

Cool game, great work! Keep making more games!

Cool game, nice submission! I like the repeating speed-level idea.

Cool game, I couldn't figure out how to get the inventory to open, but it was still fun to run around. Keep making stuff!

Great game! The pixel art looks amazing. I was a little confused by the mechanics at first (dragging units to the wrong part of the board, not knowing what's going on, etc.), but I definitely see the vision. Nice work!

Great game, very fun puzzles!

Awesome game, super unique concept! I found the spell system a little bit cumbersome/unintuitive to use controls-wise, but with some tweaking, I think it could be a lot of fun. Great art and music as well!

Cool game, love a classic tower defense game. Funny title too! Keep making games!

Cool game! It seems like maybe you ran out of time to get everything done, but I like where it was headed. The character switching was a cool idea. Keep making games!

Very cool game, nice work!

Cool concept, I found the controls to be a little bit tough/precise, but I thought it was cool (especially considering it was all built in JavaScript, that must have been a challenge).

Great submission!

Thank you so much for trying it!

Thank you for the feedback! Yeah, my original intention was for the game to have a slow, contemplative feel to it as a contrast with faster action platformers, but I think it ended up not being as fun as I thought it could be, especially with the puzzle elements of the game being quite simple (doesn't really leave you thinking and contemplating for very long). Thank you so much for trying it!

Cool concept!

Amazing game, congrats on a great jam!

Thank you! I was originally intending to have animal transformations that the player could do as a sort of "alchemy" but never got it fully implemented (although you can turn into a cat on the last level). Thank you for the feedback!
