  • A really fun platformer with interesting mechanics. I do feel the theme was missed on the shadow side of things as it really wasn't noticeable unless you read the GDD. The hardest part was dashing through the spikes, but I got through after a few tries and it didn't feel like it was unfair. However once I got the stone power I was unsure of where to go next, so maybe that was all there was or I wasn't able to spend enough time to figure it out. Overall, great game! Good job!
  • Love the style and music of the game, reminds me of Celeste a lot and it's enjoyable. The controls feel a little clunky at times, but I can chalk it up to me being bad at platformer games. I would like to see some more sounds for the slime jumping and a story of some sort. All in all, I love the concept, keep making things!

Cute graphics and good controls. It is way better to play with a controller, indeed.
The music was perfect to add to the atmosphere.

Cons: I read the gdd to find out how exactly the theme was incorporated into the game.
I feel like it has been incorporated too lightly.

Good job on submitting your first game (on time & fully functional as well). Very solid.
Played through it.

Cute graphics and some fun platforming.

Just some tips:

-The music is really quiet

-I got stuck at the part with the spikes that you have to dash through. The timing felt really weird

-Not sure how the game fits into the theme. I did not finish it, though.

Anyhow, good work!

Good job! I really liked the level design of the game, especially how some segements had skips for more skilled players (not me lol). The character movement also felt very good and the art is quite cute. Really great work all around.
