  • Searching for clues to decipher the recipe scroll is a fun concept, but it felt confusing since some assets within the solution look very similar. Was a bit confusing. Music was a bit overpowering and didn't fully match with the rest of the game.

Old school point and click discovery game with a puzzle allegory puzzle challenge. As the player you've been tasked with deciphering an alchemical scroll, meet with townspeople to gather clues as to the meaning of the symbols and attempt to decipher it before you run out of time.

Extra Notes
Due to limited time and art assets (JammingSlime was crushing it, but had a lot) each "new recipe" will randomize the art assets to ingredients and preparation methods, this let us re-use art assets for future runs but I'm not particularly happy with it due to not having time to implement the other rogue-lite mechanics we wanted to get to so it feels...odd...

The concept is neat and the art and music is great. I think a tutorial detailing how to solve at least one recipe would go a long way.
