- Okay, so this game has shadow mechanics, which is really clever to be solar charging, but theres no alchemy mechanics at all. Throwing the theme out the window though this game ROCKS. like I love these mechanics they are super cool, keep working on this outside of the jam you have a BANGER on your hands
Did you include your Game Design Document as a Google Drive link?
Yes, link to google doc on the game page
Seriously... did you include your Game Design Document?
Yes

Yes
Tell us about your game!
This game is a sci-fi action flight sim about managing power while fighting in a zero-g environment.
You are escorting a mining ship that is smelting alloys (sci-fi alchemy) when it comes under attack by pirates.
Keep your ship's solar panels properly angled so you don't run out of power... they don't generate power in the shadows.
Intro will walk you through the controls. Be aware that mouse control is slightly jank on web because it doesn't reset to the center of the screen :(
Extra Notes
Game has a lot of trouble running in Firefox. Edge/Chrome works much better. I have no way of testing Safari.
I also have a downloadable windows build for anyone that wants a smoother experience.

Love me some space games, and this one was pretty cool!
I love the way the ship handles, the ambience, the micromanaging, really great! I’d have loved to see some more QoL additions, mainly a bit more info on what you’re trying to do while on the ship.
I’m stunned with how great it looks and plays given the short development time. Shame about the browser issues, but the PC build works perfectly. Amazing stuff, really good job!
Thanks for playing, I'm glad you liked it! I agree about having better objective markers, I was never really satisfied with them but there's never enough time in game jams to do everything haha
