  • I think that this is a great start to something I could binge for a long time to come. The concept is easy to understand, and the mechanics are intuitive, if a little under polished, but the underlying theme is on point and a good basis to start with. I feel like in time the art and audio design will follow suit when you get the time, or can get some help in those areas, as you said that you are soloing on this currently. Moving on to the Game Design Document, everything that I look for was there, and it was organized in such a way as to make the information that I wanted to find easy to get to.

The launch mechanic is great! I think some visual/audio feedback would make it feel even better, e.g. make the buzzsaw sprite actually spin, and add some basic sound effects.

I had fun with this though, nice submission! Especially for a solo dev!
