- The movement and art style are quite simple. The GDD is well written, showing the basics of what you would want in this game. There really wasn't much to play sense you could only move around in the top left corner.

The saw can be controlled, but I don't see the bad guys. Nice idea nonetheless!
My machine broke, so I can’t run GMS2 anymore. Development was stopped 2 days in 😭
Oh no, sucks. Better luck next time!
GDD is short and sweet.
Prototype is having a render issue where it only shows the top left of the screen.
Add a screenshot or two to make your game stand out in the list!
Actually, I’m having trouble with GMS2 right now. My Nvidia drivers won’t work, I’ve reinstalled, configured, and otherwise attempted to fix them. GMS2 is the only engine I’ve ever used, so It’s a bit late to start learning a new one because of technical difficulties.
As for the render issue, the game was not yet programmed for adjustable scaling, so it’s at a fixed size and resolution of 128x.
I’m pretty upset, because this is my first jam. I’ve never had time to do one, and never finish my projects. I talked to my parents, got scheduled, joined the jam, and the next day, my entire laptop (the only laptop/pc I can use) is nothing more than a glorified Microsoft Edge-book.

Itch does give an option to force a size, perhaps you can rescale the game in itch and work in the new room confines in gm2?
Sorry to hear about the tech difficulties, if nothing else you might be able to also include a non-web build. Judges won't see it, but players might.
